At GreenSquareAccord, every hire we make helps us build homes, support communities and give people a brighter future. We re looking for a driven, personable Recruitment Partner to join us on a 6-month FTC and own full-cycle recruitment for some of our most exciting roles.

What you ll be doing

• Partnering with hiring managers to manage vacancies, plan timelines and pick the right channels to attract great talent.


• Running proactive sourcing, headhunting and social campaigns via LinkedIn, job boards and your own network.


• Guiding managers through offers, salary benchmarking and terms negotiation.


• Coaching managers on inclusive, best-practice recruitment and selection.


• Representing GreenSquareAccord at careers fairs, colleges and universities to build a strong talent pipeline.


• Managing agency relationships and preferred supplier terms.

What we re looking for

• Proven full-cycle, high-volume in-house recruiting experience, headhunting and pipelining


• Confidence using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn and Jobboards to source and engage talent.


• A natural relationship-builder who can influence stakeholders at all level.


• Sharp organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple live vacancies without dropping the ball.


• A genuine passion for great candidate experience and inclusive hiring.
