About the role
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in helping GSA achieve the successful completion of a strategic technology and customer focused project supporting our key objectives. The post holder will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery including the co-ordination of all workstreams to drive implementation in the most effective and efficient way.
The Project Manager will lead and manage the change from the design stage, through delivery and deployment applying standard project management methodology and process. The project will be managed through to a successful conclusion, collaborating with staff throughout the organisation up to executive levels.
The Project Manager will lead, enthuse, and motivate colleagues across relevant teams involved in the project. This will include using and role modelling behaviours in the GSA Way to embed new technology and ways of working to better serve GSA colleagues and customers.
The project involves the implementation of a new CRM system, specifically focused on the first phase around end to end Complaint Management.
The Project Manager will lead a cross functional team, work alongside stakeholders / specialists, manage and be the lead interface with a technology partner to ensure a smooth change transition within timeline and budget.

About you
You are educated to degree level with a project management qualification or equivalent experience. You have extensive experience of project management with skills in data and system migration and end to end process improvement. Specific experience in successfully delivering CRM solutions and/or working in a Housing Association would be beneficial.
You have experience of working in stressful environments and can communicate / build relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders and colleagues at all levels (with varying needs) and involve them appropriately to ensure timely delivery of required outputs.
You are organised, plan carefully and follow through plans with determination, accuracy and focus, balancing multiple tasks simultaneously when needed. You have an ability to prioritise - to evaluate what must be done against what is possible and set work priorities for projects. You can actively manage resources to optimise productivity and communicate with clarity, openness and transparency.
You have selected and managed third party suppliers for the delivery of major components of a data migration and system implementation. You constructively and appropriately challenge the status quo, conducting critical appraisal and effectively communicating outcomes both positive and negative.
You are commercially and financially astute including experience of significant budget management and ability to analyse financial information quickly and effectively including business modelling and financial appraisals.
You plan and manage risks in complex projects, and take swift, appropriate and decisive action to address issues. You operate with autonomy making good quality decisions from information gathered using a variety of sources and provide clarity to operational teams.
