The Scope & Ambition

Reporting to the Director of People and Culture and leading a team of specialists, you will have end-to-end strategic ownership of our talent, learning, leadership, culture, and inclusion agenda.

From building strong leadership pipelines and future skills, to embedding a values-driven culture and driving innovation in learning, engagement, wellbeing and EDI.

This is a wide-reaching, high-impact role that underpins our long-term business priorities.

You`ll work closely with the Executive Team, the Board and senior stakeholders to:

• Design and deliver a forward-looking talent strategy aligned to our growth, workforce and social purpose ambitions


• Transform leadership development and succession planning to futureproof our organisation


• Embed an inclusive culture through bold EDI action and employee voice


• Lead cultural change that brings our values to life in how we lead, recognise, and connect


• Deliver a high-impact learning and development offer, building a curious, capable, high-performing organisation


• Influence across and beyond GSA, representing us as a thought leader and partner in housing and public services

We`re looking for a visionary, confident, and compassionate leader who thrives on influence, pace and purpose. You`ll bring:

• Extensive strategic experience across talent management, OD, leadership development, engagement and/or EDI


• A strong track record of delivering culture change and organisation-wide people programmes


• Credibility at senior leadership and Board level with the ability to influence, inspire and drive results


• The insight and curiosity to challenge convention and bring fresh thinking to the table


• The passion to lead a team, grow capability, and bring the best out of others
