The Scope & Ambition
Reporting to the Director of People and Culture and leading a team of specialists, you will have end-to-end strategic ownership of our talent, learning, leadership, culture, and inclusion agenda.
From building strong leadership pipelines and future skills, to embedding a values-driven culture and driving innovation in learning, engagement, wellbeing and EDI.
This is a wide-reaching, high-impact role that underpins our long-term business priorities.
